Neville Goddard Guide for Beginners | What you’re doing wrong…

If you are new to Neville Goddard, in this guide, I will show you how you can get started with manifesting and getting better results with Neville’s teachings.

What Beginners Get Wrong

What most beginners get wrong about manifesting is the wrong assumption of having to be in a feel-good state all the time. It’s okay to feel shitty sometimes and it’s okay to go through some trials before you actually receive what you want.

Most beginners can get into a toxic positivity cycle that feeds on itself. Just because you don’t feel good about yourself or have negative thoughts does not mean that your manifestation will not happen.

Read: I will not climb a ladder technique.

Neville did an experiment with his students. He told them to tell themselves to not climb a ladder during their conscious waking hours, but to imagine and assume climbing a ladder just before going to sleep for a few days.

The results: Most of the students ended up climbing a ladder even though they kept telling themselves that they will not climb a ladder.

What this means is that your subconscious thoughts are much stronger and have a bigger impact on how your manifestation will turn out. So if your underlying belief and subconscious thought are going against your wishes, then your manifesting efforts will be futile.

You need to reprogram your subconscious thoughts in order to get your manifestation.

Remember, it’s okay to have negative thoughts as long as you keep consistent with your imaginal acts before you go to sleep. It’s like a muscle you have to train your mind before you get better at manifesting things more easily.

You need to practice SATS or do Alpha Programming if you are a beginner

Do yourself a favor and grab a copy of Joseph Murphy’s The Power of The Subconscious Mind and The Feeling is The Secret by Neville Goddard. Those books are mostly what you need to read like a bible and consistently train with.

What is SATS?

SATS is a state akin to sleep. You need to make a loop of 15-30 second imaginal scenes right before you take a short nap or go to sleep. Keep looping that scene until you feel as if you already have what you wish.

It must feel real. The feelings, the emotions, your senses, they all need to be engaged, and make it seem like it’s real life. Of course, it won’t necessarily feel like it’s 100 real life, but don’t get discouraged if you don’t “feel” it or if you think you are not doing well. Keep practicing and training your mind with your imaginal scene until you get your wish.

Or do Alpha Subconscious Programming

This is more like meditation. You need to meditate 10-15 minutes per day with your imaginal act scene of already having what you wish for. Remember consistency is important.

It’s a bit different than SATS because you won’t be feeling as drowsy or taking a nap. It’s basically a form of meditation but a meditation session of visualizing already having what you desire. Loop a 15-second scene of already having what you wish for.

Living in The End or Law of Assumption is for intermediate and advanced Neville Goddard practitioners

You might have listened to a few of Neville’s lectures about living in the end and using the law of assumption. Some are naturally gifted in living in an assumed state of the wish fulfilled or acting as if already having their desire, but most people are not.

If you are not good at acting or at least somewhat experienced in the arts, then it will be difficult for you. In some cases, it might actually work against you. Because if you are trying to live in the end and trying to convince yourself that you already have what you wish for, you might get frustrated about why things are not working and why your manifestation is not here already!
