Terms of use
Terms for using Imagine Neville’s educational commentary, original assets and optional browser-local tools.
Effective November 5, 2026
Educational and personal use
Imagine Neville provides independent commentary on Neville Goddard’s writing and optional tools for personal reflection. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and does not guarantee an external outcome from an imaginative exercise.
Your choices and your data
You choose whether and how to use an exercise. Keep practical obligations, evidence and other people’s consent in view. You can stop a practice or disagree with a text. The tools are not designed to treat trauma or a health condition.
You are responsible for keeping copies of entries you want to retain. Browser storage can be blocked or cleared. Exported files and printouts are under your control. The project cannot recover a notebook it never received.
Content and rights
Our commentary, code and original graphics are separate from the books and third-party sources we link to. You may use the tools and print your own entries for personal use. Do not assume this grants a license to redistribute entire source books, third-party editions or the site’s complete content. Rights in linked material remain with their respective owners where applicable.
Availability and limitations
The site and tools are offered as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or preservation of stored data. Sources and transcriptions can contain errors; important claims should be checked at their original source. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Independence
The project is not affiliated with Neville Goddard’s estate, publishers or a religious institution. It does not offer a paid AI persona, professional consultation or promised manifestation service.
